A city appears here once OpenStreetMap records enough detail about its cafes, bars and coworking spaces to rank them on something other than guesswork. That threshold is why the list is shorter than it could be: adding a city with thin data would mean publishing guides whose comparison tables are mostly blank, which helps nobody.
Each city page lists the scenarios available for that city — cafes to work from, quiet bars, step-free venues, places open early — along with how many mapped venues sit behind each one. Scenarios that do not clear the data threshold in a given city are not published there at all, so the set of guides differs from city to city. How that threshold works.
